Subscribe on the product page to be notified when it has been restocked.
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 24-72 hours, once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@shopsxa.com to your safe sender list.

Returns
Due to COVID-19 any items being returned are not eligible to be resold, and all refunds will be issued in the form of an SXA gift card or an exchange. We appreciate your understanding!
We "SHOP SXA" reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, stained, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains and removed/tampered with hygiene liners.

• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
• Within 15 days from the date of purchase
• Items that are unused
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
• They must be in original condition
• For swimwear, tag/hygiene sticker must be attached in original condition.

The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Discounted items (i.e. sale products or products purchased using a promo code.)
• International order sales are final.
• If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
• Refund to store credit via SXA gift card.
• Exchange for another item.
• For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Original shipping fees, taxes and/or shipping insurance is not eligible for refund.
When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed by SXA. SXA reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.
