Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
• Visit our returns center
• Enter your order number and email address to start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
• Within 15 days from the date of purchase
• In unused and resellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
• They must be in original condition
• For swimwear, tag/hygiene sticker must be attached in original condition.

We "SHOP SXA" reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, stained, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains and removed/tampered with hygiene liners.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Discounted items (if applicable)
• International order sales are final.
The item I received is damaged!
• If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
• For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will be charged as soon as you secure your order.
Shop in the currency of your preference on our website. Simply look for our currency converter. You can now shop in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.
Subscribe on the product page to be notified when it has been restocked.
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 24-72 hours, once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
Gift cards are non-refundable
Gift cards do not expire
